At the heart of Old Mill Goods is Nurse Abigail a healer born in Roswell, New Mexico.

Guided by her wisdom, we believe food should nourish the body and the rhythm of life one spoonful at a time.

She’s said to have trained in Switzerland with Dr. Maximilian Bircher-Benner (the alleged inventor of Müesli), then returned home to care for women in the American Southwest and beyond through food, herbs, and gentle acts of nourishment.

Her signature ritual?
Blending grains, seeds, and functional ingredients to support overall wellness. Some say she may have been the true inventor of Müesli.

Now, more than a century later, her spirit lives on in every pouch.
